products. Replacement/Repair Policy -
Guarantee/Warranty
We will assist in the replacement or repair any WattsBaggs, Amerisport,
Bushwalker, StatPacks, Cramer, or MedPac bag. This
includes all seams, zippers, buckles and straps put through normal
use and are not found to be abused. An example of abuse: when
a bag is dragged on concrete or asphalt or if it is deemed
that the bag was overfilled. If deemed abused, there
will be a charge for the repairs. Seams and zippers will
only take so much pressure before they break. Don't over-fill
or drag the bags or
cases. You will have to pay to ship it to the
manufacturer, they will repair or replace it, and ship it
back. Some manufacturers will charge you to ship it
back. Most manufacturers warrant wheels and handles for
1 year if not abused. We will assist you in contacting
the manufacturer and you can ask about there specific
warranty.
If you feel any Cho-Pat strap is defective upon receipt, DO NOT
WEAR IT. Return it in the original plastic container within 5 days for a replacement. Call
us for our "ship to" address. We will honor size exchanges. We do NOT warranty
the hook and loop (Velcro) part of the Cho-Pat straps except if they have not been sewn
correctly. Cho-Pat items cannot be returned if worn or soiled (see the return policy).
All other items have a 90 day warrantee against manufacturer's defects.
We will replace or repair it at our discretion.
Return Policy
Should you receive a damage item, immediately notify the carrier
and file a claim. We never knowingly ship a damaged product. If you notice a manufacturing defect
and it needs to be repaired or replaced, please call us for instructions and/or our
"ship to" address. If item (s) are returned because of customer's error or wrong
selection, there will be a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be invoiced and due just as
if you received the item. Sometimes the item will be shipped
directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Cho-Pat items cannot be returned if worn (longer than an
initial try-on period) or soiled.
Custom orders (color and/or embroidered) cannot be returned. |
