Shipping + Returns
Please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery of customized items, but we work hard at getting your order out promptly because you and your continued business is important to us.
Should you receive a damage item, immediately notify the carrier and file a claim. We never knowingly ship a damaged product. If you notice a manufacturing defect and it needs to be repaired or replaced, please call us for instructions and/or our "ship to" address. If item (s) are returned because of customer's error or wrong selection, there will be a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be invoiced and due just as if you received the item. Sometimes the item will be shipped directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Custom orders (color and/or embroidered) cannot be returned.
